How to Apply:

Prep the nails.
Apply a Gel Base Coat.
Apply your choice of DC Cat Eye Gel Polish.
Create the Cat Eye Effect using a Magnet.
Cure under a UV/LED Lamp.
If needed, apply additional layers.
Apply a Gel Top Coat.
Apply Cuticle Oil and you're finished!
