To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also please kindly email us before you decide to return your products.

If they're damaged during shipping then we will kindly issue a full refund due to the item being broken or can't be used. For defective/warranty items, we'll not responsible to cover return shipping label. If your return item passed over the timeline above and being unboxed, you are also subject to a 25% restocking fee, and tracked and insured return shipping is customer responsibility.
About insurance defined electronic items, as policies of manufacture requested, we’ll follow up to warranty your defective item within 1 year free and an estimate time of process would be depended in progress of manufacture work.

Refunds (if applicable)
