Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed up to 2-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders that are purchased over $200 will be free shipping  ( ( AK, HI, ISLANDS, OTHER TERRITORIES & P.O BOXES MAY HAVE SURCHARGE).


We normally ship your orders by USPS Parcel Select Ground, USPS Ground, and FedEx Ground services. For international shipping, all orders would be shipped by USPS International Priority Mail or UPS International. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone number.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

*Shipments to locations outside of the US*

It may incur additional taxes or customs duties. Buyer is responsible for paying duties and any additional charges incurred if the shipment is not allowed into their country and returned to the US. Rates Provided are based on our shipping rates and agreements with our shipping providers. We pass on the majority of the savings to our customers, but cannot guarantee 100% accurate rates.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We regret to inform you that our website doesn’t offer to ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
