I ordered gigi all purpose honey wax but you sent gigi hard wax ..vibtacted customer service they told will send the correct item and provide return label.it is been days i didn’t get any of them

I have been order 6 UV lamps. And one of their charger is not working . I contacted the website to replace a new charger but no one responded. I’m so disappointed.
